Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is to offer you the highest quality photography and digital retouching services, as well as the best possible learning experience. Colortrails.com takes customer feedback seriously and will work to quickly implement suggestions for improvement whenever possible. If you are not satisfied with a private lesson that you have attended, please contact us detailing your concerns, within 48 hours of taking the session. We handle each customer on a case by case basis, and will strive to give you the best service possible.

Because our tutorials are peer-reviewed and edited carefully before being released to the public, and because we clearly mark each tutorial's purpose, all sales on tutorials purchased from this site are final. If you find a Colortrails tutorial available from another site or venue, it could be a fraudulent copy. Please contact us immediately in that case. Only Colortrails.com is authorized to sell Colortrails tutorials. In the case of individuals found to be selling unauthorized copies of Colortrails tutorials (all of which are carefully watermarked and copyrighted), those individuals may be subject to legal action.

Colortrails Privacy Policy

Colortrails.com values and respects your privacy, and your right to keep your Personal Information secure. We will never freely distribute, barter with, or sell your Personal Information to any 3rd parties, for any reason. "Personal Information" as defined by this policy, shall mean any personally identifiable information, which you provide to Colortrails directly via email, phone conversation or Google Checkout payment system.

Further, Colortrails will at no time collect or store your payment information. All payment information is provided directly to and managed directly by, the Google Checkout system, which is completely separate from all of Colortrails' systems.

Class Offerings and Content

Colortrails.com reserves the right to modify -without notice- the content, duration, price and description of all its offerings, at any location. As we receive feedback from our partners and customers, we may make such modifications in order to provide a better overall service or combination of class benefits. If you have suggestions in this regard we welcome your feedback.

Colortrails.com Intellectual Property Rights

All content contained within this Site, The Photoshop Chronicles & Pixel Plane blogs, as well as all content and materials presented during Colortrails.com workshops and training sessions, are protected by United States trademark and copyright law, as well as state and federal regulations. Unless otherwise indicated, said content is copyrighted by Us, with all rights reserved. We do not grant any express or implied right to You to use any copyrighted material, service mark, logo, and/or trade name used by Colortrails.com, in any medium, including live presentations.

Attendees are not authorized to record audio or video, during any workshop or custom training session. Attendees who are found to be recording any part of the class presentation or lecture, may be asked to leave, without refund or reimbursement of any kind. Subsequent discovery of class content that has been copied and redistributed for commercial purposes, may result in legal action being taken to recover any losses, monetary or otherwise.

Google Checkout

Any and all technical issues which may arise as a consequence of using Google Checkout, are solely the responsibility of Google Inc. By using this site, you agree to hold Colortrails.com blameless in the event you experience problems with Google Checkout, including but not limited to: data entry problems, errors processing your transaction, or security problems that may arise.

We chose Google Checkout because we believe it to be a top-notch, highly secure payment system. However we have no control over the design, implementation or securing of any aspect of the Google Checkout system, at any time. It is important for our customers to recognize this before using Google Checkout.

Attendee Conduct

All Class Attendees are required to treat all other Class Attendees, the Instructor(s), and any Employees, Visitors or other Customers of the learning facility, with respect at all times. Class Attendees who exhibit consistently disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Colortrails values the diversity and safety of our customers and will make every effort to provide a safe and relaxing learning environment, at all times.

In Addition,You agree not to do the following:

• Use this Site for any unlawful purposes.

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site. This includes, without limitation: (a) using, or attempting to use, any account without the User's permission, (b) obtaining or soliciting another User's password or other personal information under false pretenses, or (c) impersonating another User or otherwise misrepresenting Yourself to Us, the Site's systems, or other entities.

• Interfere (or attempt to interfere) with the operation of the Site. Facilities

All Class Attendees are expected to observe the location of emergency exits and other safety features at any learning facility -municipal, private or otherwise- which they are using. While we make every effort to schedule classes at safe and reliable facilities, Colortrails.com makes no guarantees or representations as to the safety of a specific venue. All Class Attendees agree to hold Colortrails.com blameless in the event of any accident, mishap or safety concern that may arise during any time spent in a given learning facility, before, during or after a class session.
